Our Flagship Programme Ubuntu Youth Etiquette Programme (UYEP)

South Africa’s Premier Youth Cotillion Programme The Ubuntu Youth Etiquette Programme is a modern, transformative cotillion programme designed to prepare young people for life, leadership, and global engagement. Developed by Ncazelo Ncube-Mlilo — an internationally renowned Narrative Therapist, 3x Global Award winner, and Certified Etiquette Consultant — the programme goes far beyond traditional etiquette. It is a confidence-building and psychosocial development intervention rooted in African values and global readiness.

Junior Cotillion Ages 10–13
Senior Cotillion Ages 14–17

Programme Structure

Option 1:
12-Week Programme Weekly 2-hour sessions Culminates in a formal Graduation Ball
Option 2:
School Holiday Intensive 6 full days during school holidays 4 hours per day Includes Graduation Ceremony Designed to accommodate busy families while maintaining impact.
